We have a number of different safe options to secure a variety of valuable items, including precious metals, jewellery, diamonds and gems and other high-value items.

How much does it cost to rent a safe deposit box? Safe deposit box pricing at Reserve Vault starts at $25 per month.

In premises first established by the Reserve Bank of Australia, Reserve Vault boasts a subterranean, highly secure construction and possesses state-of-the-art security systems, fully licensed security personnel and robust security procedures. The dedicated team and purpose-built facility offer customers peace of mind knowing their valuables are safe with unrivalled security and a professional approach.

Access to your items at Reserve Vault is restricted and only those approved on your lease agreement will be allowed access. Access is by appointment only and will require you to provide verified identification and your key/combination to your leased safe unit. All persons are escorted by our fully qualified security staff whilst at the facility.

We provide comprehensive insurance coverage for the property held within our facility. As a standard offering, we insure your items up to $10,000 free of charge under our insurance policy. We understand that some of our customers may have belongings that exceed this value. To cater to your specific needs, we offer the option to nominate higher values for a small administration fee. This allows you to extend the insurance coverage for your items beyond the initial $10,000 limit, providing you with added peace of mind.

You can store your items for as long as you need to. We offer both monthly and yearly lease terms which can be renewed as often as you want.

Located in the heart of the city at 102 Adelaide Street, Brisbane City, we are directly beside King George Square. We are only a short walk from Central Station and there are numerous parking facilities very close to our building.

Our facility has access to a loading dock with secure elevator access. The loading dock can be made available by booking in advance for appointments after 3pm Monday to Friday.
