Access Requirements
All visits to Reserve Vault are by appointment only. Photographic identification must be verified — we require ID to be submitted in advance of your visit. Only persons approved on your lease agreement will be granted access.
Upon arrival, you will be met and discreetly accompanied by security personnel. Your individual safe unit can only be unlocked by you (or your approved representative) using your key or combination. For safe deposit boxes, the dual-key system requires both your key and the facility key to be present.
Our loading dock with secure elevator access is available for heavy items. This must be booked in advance for appointments after 3:00pm Monday to Friday. Our bullion dealer partners can arrange delivery and receipt of goods directly through this facility.
